Blood armband number from pretransfusion specimen does not match patient. Patient does not have a blood armband. |

Testing Frequency |
Low titer O Positive whole blood units available only for applicable trauma candidates (females > 50 years of age or males). Limit 2 units per trauma patient. Outside of trauma use: only upon Transfusion Service Medical Director’s approval and availability from blood supplier. |
