As the designated mass transit provider for Spartanburg County since 1990, Transportation Services provides more than 800 clients each day with on-demand, curb-to-curb transportation. Our fleet of 46 buses are fully compliant with handicapped accessibility guidelines, and our staff are trained to help all clients on and off the bus as needed.
Schedule a Ride
Appointments can be scheduled on weekdays 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. by calling 864-560-4118. Rides can be scheduled at any time up to 10 a.m. the day before the trip. Rides can also be requested for same-day trips, but the arrival time is not guaranteed. Clients using Medicaid will need to schedule their appointment through Logisticare at least three days in advance by calling 866-910-7688.
ADA Disability Policy & Procedures
Spartanburg Regional County Transportation Services has established a process of resolving and/or addressing discrimination based on a disability. Any person who believes he or she has been discriminated against can file a complaint by completing a complaint form with our office.

Reasonable accommodations are required by ADA to ensure employees, clients, and passengers essentials are meet for service or to perform the essential functions of their duty. Reasonable modifications can be requested in advance of scheduling a trip or it may be requested at the time of the pick-up. Advance notice is preferred; however, drivers must be flexible to handle requests requested on the spot. To request reasonable accommodations in advance, call 864-560-4118 or 1-800-277-7762. Associates are trained to always treat passengers with the utmost respect. As part of the Safety Program, observations are conducted by the Safety committee Members periodically. Cameras are also on board for observations and used to investigate complaints if one occurs.
Title VI
Spartanburg Medical Center Transportation Services operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin. Any person who believes that she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with Spartanburg Medical Center Transportation Services.

Individuals wishing to file a discrimination complaint under Title VI, the written complaint must be filed to the address above within less than 180 days of the alleged discrimination. Written complaints may also be filed with the U. S. Department of Transportation/Federal Transit Administration (FTA) no later than 180 days after the date of the alleged discrimination, unless the time for filing is extended by FTA, at the following address:
