Neurology Rotation

Duration: 4 week rotation
Course Offered: Throughout the year

Neurology rotation consists of hands on experience in a very busy general neurology practice. Rotation goal is to accomplish a detailed neurologic examination-that includes critical thinking obtained from a detailed neurological history and being able to develop a good differential diagnosis that will guide the neurologic physical examination. This general practice includes Botox injections for migraines, dystonia, spasticity from strokes, etc. Trigger point injections, occipital nerve block, electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
