Patient Preparation

Specimen Processing Instructions

Centrifuge sample within 24 hours of collection. Transfer plasma to a screw-cap polypropylene transport tube. Ship frozen (preferred).

Stable at room temperature for 24 hours or refrigerated for six days. Stable frozen for six weeks.

Incorrect anticoagulant; PPT™ frozen and/or not centrifuged
