Biography
Dr. Pilch received his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He completed his residency at Emory University in Atlanta where he served as chief resident in neurology. Dr. Pilch also completed a fellowship in neurophysiology.
Dr. Pilch is a member of the National Board of Medical Examiners, American Board of Neurology and Psychology, and American Academy of Neurology.
He has practiced neurology for more than 21 years. Dr. Pilch sees patients at his office in Greer, and he also serves as the Medical Director of the Primary Stroke Center at Pelham Medical Center.
