Nick Ulmer, MD

Biography

Dr. Ulmer received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his residency in family medicine at Self Regional. He has extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient care. He wishes to center on the patients needs with a focus on chronic disease management and prevention. He loves the broad scope of family medicine but has special interests in adolescent medicine, minor surgery, and wellness.
