November is National Diabetes Month--Are you or someone you love living with Diabetes? This is a great time to learn more about the condition in a supportive environment! Stacy Eilers, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, will share her expertise on the topic. Join us as she highlights the connection between Diabetes and Cardiovascular Health.

This event will be held in the auditorium on the first floor of the Gibbs Cancer Center-Pelham building.

Cardiac Connection-Pelham is a quarterly community group that supports people of all ages who have experienced a cardiovascular event such as a heart attack or stroke, had surgery related to the heart or are at risk for heart disease. Relevant topics and speakers vary each month. Bring your lunch and a friend!

In addition, we offer encouragement and lifestyle improvement activities. You may also connect with others who have had similar experiences. If you or a loved one are interested, please join us.
