Join us for this continuing education program and learn how to identify clinical presentations of structural heart disease, as well as the latest treatment options available.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this symposium, participants will be able to:
· Discuss treatment recommendations for patients with severe aortic stenosis throughout their lifespan.
· Recognize the best timing of referral and appropriate treatment plan for patients with mitral regurgitation.
· Recognize transcatheter treatment options available for patients with symptomatic tricuspid regurgitation.
· Understand anticoagulation options for the complex patient after left atrial appendage occlusion.
· Identify key image requirements for procedure planning and their importance for procedure success.
· Identify resources to support the underinsured structural heart patient in our community.
· Define the importance of a Multidisciplinary Heart Team approach to procedure planning and recommendations for optimal results.
