Transition to Practice Nurse Residency
Transition to Practice is a system-wide new graduate nurse residency program at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. Our program builds upon the foundation set in nursing school to support the transition from graduate to bedside nurse utilizing leading industry standards.
Apply and accept an offer from the unit and campus of your choosing. If you are a Registered Nurse with less than 12 months of nursing experience in an acute care setting, you are automatically enrolled and will begin Transition to Practice within 3 months of your start date. There is no additional application, and we start new cohorts year-round. Click here to find out more!
Staffing Response Team
SRHS has expanded its nursing resource pool to allow for a system-wide Staffing Response Team. Leveraging this type of staffing model provides a consistent resource of highly skilled, flexible, and competent nursing associates to move among SRHS facilities support a variety of nursing units.
