The number you receive Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System text messages from is changing. This is so we can better serve your healthcare needs with expanded texting options related to your visits, Spartanburg Regional MyChart account, billing notifications and more.
To begin or to continue receiving text messages from Spartanburg Regional, text “START” to 24957 to opt into Spartanburg Regional text messaging. You can also opt in and manage your communication preferences within your MyChart account and specify what information you would like to receive via text.
To opt out of recurring automated text messages from Spartanburg Regional, you can text “STOP” to 24957 at any time, or log in to your MyChart account to manage your communication preferences. You can also call the Spartanburg Regional MyChart patient support line at 1-888-84-CHART for assistance during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

How to sign up for text messages and manage your communication preferences

Text “START” to 24957
1. In MyChart, from the menu, navigate to "Account Settings" > "Communication Preferences" (or click here).
2. Click the "Subscribe" button under the text message section.
3. Toggle "Message Subscription" on.
In MyChart, use the menu navigate to "Account Settings" > "Communication Preferences" (or click here).
1. In the "General" section, verify notifications from Spartanburg Regional are toggled on for your preferred method(s) of contact.
2. To review the delivery method for each type of communication, expand each section under "Details."
3. With the communication type expanded, select "Advanced Settings" to further refine how you receive specific notifications.
4. When finished with your preferences, select "Save changes" at the bottom of the screen.
You can reply STOP via text message to 24957 to cease all recurring automated text messages.
1. Log in to your MyChart account, select "Account Settings" then "Communication Preferences" from the menu.
2. Select "Manage your subscription."
3. Toggle "Message subscription" off.
