The Heart Wellness Center exists to improve the health of Spartanburg Regional patients and staff.
Programs at this location:
- Cardiac Rehabilitation
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation
- Supervised Exercise Therapy for Peripheral Artery Disease (SET PAD)
- Medically Supervised Wellness Program
- Any patient with or without chronic medical conditions can join our wellness program with a physician referral/clearance.
- This program is self-pay and costs $40 per month.
SilverSneakers
The Heart Wellness Center is an approved SilverSneakers fitness location. SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for adults 65+ that is included with many Medicare Advantage plans as well as some additional commercial insurance plans associated with Prime Fitness Partners.
- If you meet eligibility, membership at the Heart Wellness Center is free.
