Welcome!

Welcome!

Thank you for choosing to join the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System team. We’re glad you’re here! On behalf of SRHS leaders, managers and your fellow associates, we welcome you to a great team of nearly 10,000 associates across five hospitals and numerous other care settings. We hope this page will guide you as you prepare for New Hire Orientation and start your journey with Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

Your First Week

Your First Week

Before attending New Hire Orientation, you should have received pertinent details from your leader; these include where and when to report for your first day of department orientation, the dress code for your department, and any other work-area-specific information you need to know. If you have not received these details at least a few days before your orientation, please get in touch with your leader and/or recruiter.

All associates will attend a virtual orientation on their first official day, except for Pelham Medical Center associates who will attend in-person orientation.

Orientation is usually held every two weeks via Microsoft Teams. You will receive an invite to the Teams meeting by the Friday afternoon before you start orientation.

During orientation, you will meet current SRHS associates who will explain more about the Journey to Excellence and customer service, infection prevention, safety, security, regulatory and various human resources policies and concepts. You can also ask questions about the SRHS associate experience that will be answered in real time. All will set you up for success as an SRHS employee.

If you have any concerns about attending orientation virtually, please reach out to your leader to see if you could attend orientation from your department.
