Hangar B Ball

The 2009 Hangar B Ball will be held on Thursday, October 1 at the Spartanburg Downtown Memorial Airport.

This year's band, Party on the Moon, will have you dancing all night long. The event begins with a casual barbecue dinner, drinks and entertainment from the opening act HalfMoon Trio. Then, Party on the Moon will pump up the volume and get the whole crowd involved in the fun.

Party on the Moon performed at the Western Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C. this year. The band has performed alongside artists such as Three Dog Night, Journey, Lynard Skinner and the Temptations

All proceeds from the event benefit the Spartanburg Regional Heart Center.

The 2008 Hangar B Ball raised approximately $50,000 to benefit heart services, including the Congestive Heart Failure program. Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is the leading cause of hospitalization and emergency room visits.
